Guys this is best shake for bulking try it :
100 g of oats (blend first)
2tbs of peanut butter
30g of chia seeds (better to have)
2 scoops of protein powder
1 banana
200ml of water (optional)
500 ml milk
1tbs of honey
3 Oreo’s
81g of protein
1600 calories

I tried it yesterday and it is indeed delicious. I use less peanut butter as I don't need that much fat (i have to loose some weight) Good alternative for my breakfast (overnight oatmeal, yogurt, protein powder and banana or strawberries or blueberries or apple(sauce).Thanks for the recipe.

Heres my bulk shake
2 large frozen bananas
Gold standard why protien french vanilla creme(or any whey flavor you want)4 scoops (120 cal per scoop or depending on brand)

Unfiltered honey one spoon full 60 cal for 14 grams in and same amount with the flax seeds

Two cups of reduced fat milk 280 cal total (kroger brand)

1015 cal 115.3 grams of carbs

19.5 grams of fat

95.6 grams of protein
