Nov 2022 grad and in the MLMSS. I like to rinse & repeat these videos! I find them so motivational. Exercise has never been easy for me, but I watch these videos while walking on the treadmill and that keeps me going. Thanks Dy Ann🙂

I've been doing 20/4 clean IF since July when I found you on youtube and I find it easy to do now! I'm 59 and not on any medication and I intend to keep it that way. My husband who is diabetic is also IF -ing with me and his bloodwork is looking so much better that he is reducing his medication! We also try to keep our carb intake low during our feasting window. Thank you for your great information and guidance. I've been sharing your video's with all my friends and family!😊👌

It is so true about changing the mindset and put “your” why as to the things we want to change for ourselves. Few weeks ago I was complaining that IF was not working for me so after listening to your YouTube videos I decided to make the why mine and made small changes to my nutrition and it is working. I am liking again the way I look. 😊

Hi Dy Anne I hope you don’t mind me saying this I’m just informing everyone because Iv found these workouts extremely effective!! Ladies for anyone interested in some low impact yet still effective workouts Heather Robertson on YouTube has plenty of free ones, ranging from 10-60 minutes.

obviously I’m only recommending this to anyone that has a moderately active lifestyle and doesn’t have any major health conditions or injuries.

it’s vital we listen to our body when it comes to working out and the pace we are able to manage. Hope this helps

The expression "rinse and repeat" comes from the instructions on shampoo bottles where they want you to shampoo twice--lather up once, rinse, and repeat.

Hi - I hear what you say about making my decisions, that will best benefit me, but I think this is what an alcoholic is struggling with, for example? I know my choices is hurting me, but my head is just not swithcing? To keep the mindset, especially if it is something I've never trained my mind to do? I know you cannot help. It's just really frustrating not being able to click over to the right side..

One of my challenges with a 20 hour fast is getting in my vitamins. I struggle to take them with just water and then forget later in the day. What is your advice for getting in supplements?
