OBLIQUES WORKOUT. If you're looking to build a stronger core and get abs fast, you'll have to focus on more than just your six-pack muscles. Start giving your obliques some LOVE.
Your obliques, which run along the sides of your core, are super important. The external abdominal oblique muscles are actually the largest of all your ab muscles — so if you ignore them your core routine will be far from efficient and effective.
This quick 5 minute oblique workout targets your obliques to help slim your waist (lose love handles), frame your abs and to help you develop v-cut abs.
Here is a breakdown of today's obliques workout:
0:09 - Side Plank (L)
0:39 - Side Plank Dips (L)
1:09 - Side Plank Pulse (L)
1:40 - Cross Crunch (L)
2:11 - Cross Crunch (R)
2:39 - Slow Bicycles
