Hi friends!

Tell me how has the first real week of summer been trying you? I’m not sure where you guys are in the world today, but I just want you all to know that I’m so thankful that you guys choose to spend time with me every week!

i actually have seen results from you! and quickly! could you do a leg workout that focuses on slimming down your outer thighs/inner but also toning/gaining muscle!! that would be amazing <3

Loved this! I combine it with the 10 minute abs (my FAVORITE ab workout, those side planks are killer!) and with eating right, I've been able to shed that last 3-4 lbs I wanted.

For everyone just procrastinating and looking in the comments DO IT NOWWW and if you’ve finished it and are looking I challenge you to do another! You’ll feel better afterwards I promise! And if your struggling to get motivation watch someone like Luca Whitaker doing a what I eat in a day or something and you’ll probably want to do this after! Xxx goood luck x
