5 Min SIDE ABS & OBLIQUES WORKOUT | KILLER Abs at Home | no equipment, no repeat

Hi everyone! If you are looking to define your obliques and get side abs this workout is for you! 5 minutes is all you need and your core wll be burning. No equipment, no repeat. Who is joining me? Also don't forget your nutrition plays a massive role in getting visible abs.
X crunch
contract your core, bring your right elbow across your body and towards your left knee, repeat for the other side. Perform each movement slowly and with intent so you can really feel it in your core
Bear crawl & twist
In a bear position with hands under your shoulders, hover your knees off the floor and draw your navel in. pull one knee into your chest and twist over to the opposite elbow. Draw it through center and switch sides. Try to keep your spine nice and straight.
Heel touches
Lay, back down, on the floor with your head and shoulders raised looking between your legs. Knees should be bent with the soles of the feet flat on the floor. Alternate touching each ankle with your hands by moving from side to side keeping your head and shoulders raised off the floor.
Ab bikes
Raise your knees toward your chest until your shins are parallel to the floor. Engage your abs and curl the right side of your upper body off the floor to move your right elbow towards your left knee. Pause for a second while at the end of the movement while squeezing your abs and obliques. Alternate back and forth.
X plank
From a high plank position. Transferring your weight to your right shoulder and arm, lift your left arm off the ground and reach towards your right foot. As you do so, you will need to raise your glutes and hips to accommodate the movement. Once you’ve tapped your right foot, lower your glutes and hips, and place your left arm back on the floor.
