Also I love the way your mother is listening to you because not only is she looking in tensely and listening to you she is finally feeling and realizing how smart of a daughter she has and I think this is the first time she is getting so into it what a beautiful thing you are doing

I am behind on your videos and am just now playing catch up over the Christmas break to watch them. Part of the reason I haven't watched your videos is I have not been in a good place emotionally. I don't want to ask the hard questions of myself because I feel hopeless and sooo very limited. Hearing your messages the last few days has left me with mixed feelings because I know I need to start putting in the work but I know it will not be easy. Thanks for all you do.

you and your mom.. thanks for the wonderful words of wisdom and encouragement.. I've needed to cleanse since forever. Any time I get started I can't finish, or keep going. Problems arise in my living situation, and I end up with people who want to tell me that what I am doing is not good. I know that God hears our prayers, so I know that he will make a way.

Hey Kristina, I went vegan about 5 years ago and yourself and the life regenerator were my inspirations to go raw in the beginning, I stayed 80-90% raw for the first 2 years and I felt the best I'd ever felt in my life at that point. However I relapsed onto cooked and processed vegan foods for the next 2 years and in the last year I've been back and forth trying to get back to raw battling with the addiction. I would often get clean and then end up binging and having to go through the detox process over and over.
Well currently I'm 36 days into my solid food vacation thanks John Rose and yourself and let me tell you, my experience is terrifying, humbling and exciting all at the same time.
Even as a vegan I thought surely I couldn't be that unclean, I'm not even a big guy but I have eliminated many parasites and mucoid plaque up to 25cm long and I have documented and taken pictures for proof the whole way through.
I'm never going back to cooked foods again. Thank you 🙏🏼

It's hard but...not impossible. I had a HUGE craving of vegan ice cream. Instead, I found this recipe of cauliflower rice "oats". I heated almond milk with cinnamon and maple syrup. Then, I added the cauliflower rice, flax seed and cocoa powder and it was yummy!
Not the healthiest dessert but better than ice cream right ?!

Thank you! I needed this! I eat to the point where it starts to hurt. I know it's from my depression and eating is a way of numbing. Definitely going to eat fruit first and do some meditation or exercise. I found that it also helps to serve my self the appropriate amount of food and tell myself that I cant go back for seconds or thirds. It's easy for us to forget that we need to stop, listen to ourselves and then deal with the issue at hand, rather than suppressing it. Thanks again for this perspective and advice.
