I can’t stop myself when I am stressed everything needs to be eaten this goes from yoghurt to chocolate, dry bread, probably a whole pack of cookies, ice cream it really is an issue

Whenever I am severely stressed I always take like a 6 hour nap and eat junk food, I go through mood swings too

This is the very reason I'm overweight right now and have always struggled with weight. As a kid I was always stressed and never really felt safe and I was very emotional as a kid and shunned for having feeling things. Food was the only comfort I really had that made me feel safe but then the stress would come back. Now that I'm an adult and in my own place I have more control over what I eat and I'm a vegetarian now.

When I’m bored or not stimulated by social interactions I eat :-/ I used to live in Vegas and that fast lifestyle had me fit but not happy. It’s crazy how eating fills a void that said missing

I’m under a lot of pressure from school and parents and I noticed I started to eat more junk food and a lot more food in general and have put on about 5lbs. It’s annoying but I don’t have the will to care right now

It's so interesting, l think most food itself is a drug (bad processed foods). If people realize that the bad food is part of the stress, they can avoid it but it's a commitment just like say quitting smoking....hate to be harsh but it's the truth.

Whenever I'm stressed idk what I eat at all😳 and then worry about my obesity😶 I workout daily but the reason I'm showing less result is my stress eating habits😑 I would be happy if someone told me how to control them

What age are these men? What are their jobs? Are they single or married? Do the men have child/children? Many reasons for a person to be stressed.
