About this video:

Many of you requested for a South Indian Meal plan for weight loss or asked me to show what i eat in a day, south indian special edition.
So I tried some south indian recipes which are easy to make, tasty and healthy recipes.
Seriously it was so much fun shooting this vlog because I tried some of these recipes for the first time. I always thought south indian food is difficult to cook but I was so wrong. These are simple health friendly meals which do not take much time.
I am surely going to add these in my regular diet now. What about you?

Very nice and informative video, just a mention that this dosha has been made by soaking dal and rice and not fermented as mentioned in the video. However, it still remains a very useful recipe 🙏

I think coconut oil is mostly used in Kerala but not much in other south states.

We don’t eat makhana in south India . May be you should consider Sundal using boiled black Channa, Poha upma, vegetable paniyaram etc

Please tell me that if u have fried and junk food cravings then please ask your dietician that what to eat to stop your cravings like eating dates to avoid sugar cravings.
