Skipping with eyes closed Really helps your proprioceptive senses - awareness of your limbs in space and complex coordination. It really helped with my footwork and sharpened my ring generalship in boxing sparring.

Thanks Dave.  Awesome coaching tip.  I have never tried before, but will do so during my next workout.

I’m visually impaired, and my sight is not great anyway. I can only see lights and shadows, but in my opinion, you do not need sight at all to skip. What do you think? I skip too and it’s not really that hart. I can’t really always focus when to jump. Could you give me any tips? Thanks! Great video!

Advise not to do this near a cliff or on train tracks
