i was doing strength training so hard but no weight loss was happening, i added hard dieting which affected my training strength, what i did was i took a moderate diet approach and added 1000 jump ropes 5 times a week, i skip it 2 times a week after leg day, i started losing 0.5kg per week. I came down from 82 kgs to 72 kgs. With 60 Kgs of Lean body mass.

Jumping rope is a hybrid. It's got the cardio/calorie burn of high intensity while also being low impact and easy to recover from.

I'll do 2-3 min rounds with 30-60 sec rest between for 20-30 min 5-6 days per week. After each session, I always feel refreshed despite the workout itself being intense and it doesn't effect my recovery at all.

I did 6000 jumps a day 2000 in the morning and 4000 in the evening for about 35 to 40 and i lost about 7 kgs and i play sports. Did change my performance

You don't need to do it for more than 5 Minutes if you want to build endurance it takes months and years of training for your body to get used to it
