Follow the workout:

TRI SET 1 - 3 rounds, 15-20 each exercise
Bent Over Barbell Row
Incline Bench Row
Cable Low Row, Single Arm

TRI-SET 2 - 3 rounds, 10-15 each exercise
Wide Grip Pull Down
Machine Row (Hammer Grip)
Wide Grip Pull Down (Behind the Neck)

Seated Cable Row - 3 x 15 reps, hold every 5 reps

T Bar Row - 3 x 8-10 reps, heavy

Not ideal for a natty lifter, the volume is too much to recover from.

I go to a 24 hr fitness gym Consequently, this is completely unrealistic for most of us. In fact, I for one do not tolerate people trying to hog on equipment.

i see meny vids to learn exercises but something catch my eye why all the btleths on the vids have meny spots on the back i mean spot on they skins !! sometime i see on sholders too
