Today I was able to perform 10 kipping ring muscle ups. I utilized this video as a guide. I had difficulties with the transition from Explosive ring pull up to the dips. But thanks to a chair I took from home, this video and some faith in my hard work I was able to do it. Feeling grateful and I hope this video helps millions more people.

lo siento pero ella no utiliza ningún agarre regular, claramente se ve que utiliza un agarren en falso y es por eso que solo el movimiento lo ejecuta una sola vez y no varias, por que el agarre en falso se le va haciendo el kipping.
