Improve your (kipping) Muscle up with these 4 exercises!✔️

1️⃣ High pull ups
With this exercise aim to pull as HIGH as possible. Start with chest-to-bar pulls, then belly-to-bar, and ultimately waist-to-bar! Only do 2-3 reps per sets and rest about 2-3 minutes per set.

2️⃣ Weighted pull ups
This exercise builds raw pulling strength. If you improve your weighted pull strength, pulling up your own bodyweight becomes easier. For strength gain, focus on 5 sets of 4-6 reps!

3️⃣ Explosive pull ups
Don't confuse this exercise with the high pull up! With this exercise the aim is to pull up as FAST as possible. This way, you'll teach your neuromuscular system to pull up fast from a dead hang position!

4️⃣ False grip bar hangs
Last but not least, focus on your grip! Having a false grip is crucial for doing strict muscle-ups. You can improve your grip by doing false grip hangs.

AYO just did my first muscle up with 82 kg (175 cm). I even recorded it and it actually looked smooth. (Ofc not the best, but not the worst either)

Pull-ups to belly is at least 10x harder than muscle up lol .
No cap.
I can do perfect muscle ups and even slow muscle ups but still can't go beyond upper abs level.
