I love the breaststroke! I know my kick is right when I feel the water " turbulence" flow away from my legs. I don't know how to describe it... If I visualize it, it's like watching an airstream behind a fast car or an airplane🤔. Anyway, it's an amazing feeling when it all comes together. Slow and fast.
