💧⏳10 Tips
#1 Do as much research as you can about water fasting, so you can really understand water fasting and the benefits of it.

#2 Seek advice within the water fasting community (facebook/reddit) instead of friends, family, etc (basically anyone who will have objections because they won’t have much knowledge about the water fast to begin with)

#3 Ease yourself into the fast. (Try intermittent fasting prior to water fast or do a ketogenic diet a week or two before the water fast)

#4 Keep your mind occupied during the water fast. Occupy yourself by reading/researching/watching information about water fasting.

#5 Keep some salt handy. (Himalayan salt/sea salt) There will be days where you will feel tired/sluggish, add a pinch of salt into your water you’ll feel better.

#6 Conserve energy. Take a break from working out/ go on a light walk if you’d like.

#7 Keep a normal life. Continue doing your everyday routines. Go to work, take a walk, hang out with friends. etc.

#8 Set short-term goals. Determine how long you want your water fast to be and set goals from there. Start off small. For example start off with a 3 day water fast, then 5, 7, 10. etc.

#9 Tame your cravings. Just remember you have your entire life to eat the foods you love. Don’t feel deprived & don’t binge eat once you break your fast. Try to understand your relationship with food so you can grow from this experience.

#10 Research about how to break your fast.
Don’t eat junk once you start re feeding again. Have a plan before you break your fast. Write a list of healthy foods you’ll want to break your fast with.

I love how thorough and real you are. I’m going to keep repeating that mantra. I have the rest of my life to eat that food. :)

***Disclaimer*** Make sure you check with your physician before starting anything out! I am not certified in anything related to health & nutrition, this is just what I personally did after doing a lot of research about autophagy and fasting. Fasting is NOT suitable for anyone who is pregnant, nursing, anyone with eating disorders, anyone on medication, teenagers, anyone with a BMI “normal”
or people who don’t have the body fat to sustain the fast. You must 100% check with your doctor but this is more for people with BMI overweight/obese or higher.

I did a 4 day fast but stopped because of the judgement of family. I love that you made this video because it helps along with all the research I've done. I have done OMAD for the last 4 months but I really believe my 4 day fast was so refreshing, I'm going to try a 7 day fast 🤗 I love all you're videos! So informative and motivational

I totally agree with all you have said The fasting community is a great way in not driving your self crazy in the people that said you are starving yourself. I am documenting my fast on YouTube and it is helping me stay accountable.

Love your video. Very much to the point and I agree with all you said. Experienced multiple short and extended water fast the longest being 15. Would like to start 21 days soon as I am thinking of it for a while. Back from a very long family holidays where there was too much focus on food and feel like my body is begging for a break. As you say physically it's easy but mentally nitnis always a bit of a challenge. Our minds are so powerful to talk us out of this 'suffering'. What's your longest fast?
I will definitely watch some more of your videos. Thanks, Jolanta

I just found your channel tonight. Your before and asters are so inspiring 🙏 You say in the video that shouldn't consume meat until at least 3 days after breaking the fast. Is that just red meat or does that include fish too? What sort of proteins do you reccomend before day 3?? Are eggs ok? I need to join your forum. I'm currently binging your videos!

Hey it's nice to know there is someone that has knowledge about fasting, i just wonder i'm like 180cm and i used to be 95kg back in days, i lost weight by caloric deficit, all the way down to 67kg, kept it for a year, but after a year of stress i have gained 6kg(13lbs) 75.5kg was my weight 60 hours ago, after several failed attempts of fasting i completed 46hours of dry fast and i was down 71.7, so i think dry fast is really crucial when it comes to preparing and breaking the fast, i will try another 48hours of dry fast and then will keep water fasting for a week if i'm able to.

Then i will switch to 48hours of fasting,
Let's see how it goes!

You've got a new sub.

Teşekkürler
