I’m convinced that my own anxiety is worse when I have nutritional deficiencies. Stress can make us use up our magnesium faster. So does strenuous activity and drinking coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages. I feel a little better after one week of magnesium supplements, more protein, cutting way back on caffeinated coffee and tea, and avoiding beer. This info is great though. Thank you. 🙂

I can honestly say Stephanie after having watched you tube for 10 years now, you are the best therapist out there. No one has explained anxiety as accurately as you have. I think you are a fantastic coach and my mind has clicked with everything you say. Before, I never really understood what others were trying to teach/ convey. Let’s just say you have been the light switch for my mind. I want to thank you so much for sharing such golden advice and I re watch your videos because they have helped me so much. Indeed!! Self development is so important. We don’t have to remain the same. We can work on becoming a better version of ourselves. Now, it won’t be easy but it will be worth it.

Good tips thanks. The first meditation type you are talking about is called simply Mindfulness. What helped me was food as well. More sugar more anxiety. More fresh veggies better mood... :) Thank you Stephanie!

Great video Stephanie, I do exercise in the mornings, and say to myself I got this, and being out in mother nature really helps me out, and I found out what you eat and what you drink can make you feel anxiety, and letting all negative thoughts go, we got this everyone, take care of yourself and be blessed everyone.

Although meditation and other practices of presence can help with anxiety, a long term solution is always living a kind of life you have always wanted. Constant stress overgrows to anxiety and panic, when we neglect our needs.

Freezing oranges and picking them up when you feel an anxiety attack coming on really helps as well. It helps to refocus & distract a racing mind. :) Great video Steph.

Very good advise, this is exactly what I do when I feel anxious. Break the action down and speak to myself, I will do this now, than that next step I do that and so on. It helps recognise and focus on the action and not the anxious thought. Very good video. ❤️

I use my cat to help calm down. I pay attention to the softness of her fur as I pet her. I also examine her whiskers and listen to her purring. Very calming.
