I also share my updated weight and how much weight I've lost so far this year, because I got my updated dexa scan! I also share a detailed tutorial on an example way of building out a plan for getting into a calorie deficit to ensure losing weight through walking. You are so so right about walking 🚶I walk 5 days a week for 30mins, and I need to lose more than 50 lbs. So far I’ve lost 25 lbs with walking, 500 squats a week with some strength training. I’m proud of my accomplishments.

Yesterday was one year of walking at least 10K steps every day for me. Didn’t miss a day. Didn’t change diet until January and am down over 40 pounds now. Walking works!

Listen to her, she knows what she's talking about! I began Walking Away The Pounds here on YT a few months ago working myself up from a mile a day to five miles a day M-F with S-S off, and withing literally 30 days I lost a total of 15 lbs with doing that and a meal replacement shake for breakfast and cutting my eating off at 8 p.m. every nite. It was difficult, and very worth it. I'm now down 21 lbs. and looking to lose 40-50 more to get back to me for me. Thank you for this motivation, it’s much needed❣️

I’ve been walking over 10k steps for the past 2 months. I love seeing my scale say I’m losing body fat. I know it’s working because I have lost so much weight in my chest. I will have my first Dexa scan next week!

I love that you took a break and popped up skinny. I had gotten down to 178 from 245 last year but then I had some health concerns that caused me to to take medications with weight gain as a side effect. I went up to 250. I got my health issues under control and I am back at it. I’m currently at 244. You’re very inspiring for me to keep going. 💕

I am so glad that you are championing walking as a form of cardio.
I lost most of my pregnancy weight by walking . Pushing my baby in a buggy and pounding the streets
I now have a walking pad which I use daily for forty five minutes to an hour .
I am in the best shape of my life

I’ve recently added walking to my day and I’m loving it. 10k steps is file miles and on my walking pad I can do that in under 2 hours so I’ve been able to stick with it and can really see a difference along with fasting and being in a calorie deficit

I found your channel this morning. 9/19/24. You are such an inspiration. I will be walking EVERYDAY. This concept of walking has really been in spirit. Ok so walking pad came in yesterday afternoon! Did 30 mins last night and another 30 mins this morning! It help me hit over 6k steps yesterday and I only had it half of that day! I will be joining you for the August 1st 10k challenge! Working my way up to it these next 2 weeks. But it's seems doable already! Thanks!

I've been walking 10k plus for almost 2 months. Trying to get better with what I eat. Yes, yes, yes, stress makes me eat, and it's usually something I don't need.

Im averaging over 9K each day for the last year according to my health app on my phone. In April I bought a Walking Pad from Amazon, it helps me be consistent each morning. Still working on getting to my goal weight, I love my food too - lol ! Thanx for the great video !

I'm also a home body and an introvert. I have a XL stepper that I walk on. I love to workout at home lol im the same way with eating annoyed, frustrated, or over stimulation causes cravings/over eating for me as well.
