From my perspective, it's unreasonable to expect email responses within three hours. People need to have blocks of time to get deep focus work done or attend to their family. Other communication that can be expected, like text or messenger apps, but those expectations should be established ahead of time.

I am in a market where I will be pricing my jobs two or three times higher than anyone in my area and I have learned techniques from you that I believe will make it so much easier to do and accomplish with the skills that I have achieved over the years. It's difficult for juniors to have a specialty when 90% of employers only want people with BROAD knowledge and skills. Specializing your work is a privilege of those with more industry background/experience.

Being responsive is huge. With my merchants, my YouTube comments, Instagram comments and so on. Even if you don't have the immediate solution or answer at least be responsive so they know you're working on it.

1.) Specify what you do. (Do not overwhelm your employer, pick one or two things you're good at.)
2.) Deliver what you say you can do. (Ensure your skills are up to par with what you've presented.)
3.) Fast response and punctuality are extremely important.
