Love your new book. Eating OMAD at 2pm daily. Will start fasting soon. This is day 3 for me on OMAD. Slowly seeing ketones rising. Great work Dr. Boz.

I promise you I have only done OMAD following carb manager. I do not eat the amount of fats protein or carbs that I can but I am not losing weight. I can only get to 0.5 tops for keto's . Sugar levels are good at 5.4. I am pulling my hair out, I have stalled in my weight loss journey and do not know what to do. I am disabled so restricted with exercising. I use a walker but try to walk for 1 hour per day.

Eating window for me is 3-6pm or 4-7pm. Not opting to lose weight. But, I do fast. Dr. Boz you are great. And, my sincere condolences on the passing of your mother.

Every woman I know who has not lost weight on keto is sure that it is because they are eating too much fat. But when they do a food log of their daily food intake, their carbs are 50g or higher. They still believe that they should eat lots and lots of leafy green veggies.

Once they cut down the carbs and up the fat, they start losing.

So true ! Nutrition is important to hit ketosis. For example, if I have too much protein it increases my blood glucoses and lowers ketones . Not demonizing any macros but understanding your own metabolic chemistry is key in remaining in fat burning mode . It’s time for me to stress my body .

Maybe that's where I'm messing up, I started exercising on week 2. Just going to focus on keto only now until I'm more stable

My problem is I eat right keto wise but I work a very sedentary job thats from 2pm to 12am. The most exercise I do is 3 days a week of 10 min elliptical and 10 min of standing on a shake plate. Im working on creating a work out room so that will hopefully change.

Ok so I’m doing all of that, and still not dropping. Not gaining anything, but not dropping. My body looks better and people saying my face looks thinner. My jeans and belt are now bigger lol, but the scale isn’t changing. Not stressing me out or anything, but kinda like what’s the deal?

On day two of 72 hour fast. Ketones are 4.8 mmol, glucose was 64. Now I have to remember how to do the Dr Boz formula lol

I'm in ketosis, not eating when dark. Only keep a 8 hr window. 20g or way less of carbs. Week 1 lost 5 lbs week 2 Zero weight loss. Any more reasons?

I have gone a day and a half and still not producing ketones??? I have your book, icebox magnet and bought into your study and still my keto strips read the same???? I had ketone strips and still bought from you also. What advise now?

I do everything right and cannot loose weight. Ketones in the Blood, early eating window, IF, stress by cold exposition and regular excercise. No way!

I've lost tons of weight but still have a visceral fat problem. I've lost weight everywhere except in the stomach area on the Keto/carnivore combo dieting. What gives?

Sorry I missed the part of day time eating. My circadian rhythm is perfect. I wake up the same time with in 11 minutes and go to bed at the same time. I'll try daytime eating only and hope this is a key move. I do need any good advise.
