I have done this workout twice and I can say that it is challenging. I am 71 and have been looking for a simple but effective way to to get back to kettlebells. You get my vote! I want to pursue this type of training and use your channel to do so. Thank you!

Lebe, this is a great introduction, thank you. I’m used to lower rep conventional barbell and dumbbell lifts and I was surprised how tired I was after three sets, and that included more breaks than you recommended. Thanks for the great content.

Bought a 16kg and did my first kettlebell workout this morning following this routine. Man, that was tough. Made me realize how bad of shape I was in lol. Love the channel - keep it up!
