I was Ketovore for a year and now carnivore for another year. I have neuropathy in my lower legs and feet due to lower spinal cord damage cause by being on the operating table for too long with my BP and oxygen levels being too low. Should I still look into acetyl L-carnitine or just keep my carnivore way of eating and hobbling around from room to room. I should mention that when I woke up from surgery, I was paralyzed from the waist down for 4 or 5 months before I started getting some movement back in my legs

I have peripheral neuropathy from type 2 diabetes in my legs feet hands and arms what can I do about the swelling I ordered and took a bottle of nuphoria cm gold and I used 1 bottle of the rapid relief cream both seemed to help. Any advice that you can help me with would be greatly appreciated I really feel like I have no quality of life I've had this for 3 years but was recently diagnosed. In your videos it says stabilized r-ala on the bottle, but the term stabilized is absent on my bottles!??? Have you changed from Sodium r-ala to normal r-ala or what is happening? And what is the dose of r-ala compared to Sodium r-ala (which are much more potent) ? And thanks a lot for your professional advices in general 😀
