Great info, this really works, I've been doing this for three months and have gone from 62 insulin injections per month in Dec. to 11 in Jan and just 5 in Feb. I expect to be off meds in March with normal glucose readings . Dr Becky always has outstanding videos.

This is very true, I've been a gym goer For about 2 weeks now I was hovering around 124 to 216 I was taken off xigduo and yesterday fasting reading was 103-second reading was 133 I was blown away. Wednesday I start a life change of eating it's a bit overwhelming but doable, the doc wants me down to 250 or better I just want to get back where my body will start back healing itself if that's below 250 so be it.

I discovered that I had insulin resistance when I was 17. My homa-ir was 9, now it is 3.5. I lost 20 kgs and need to lose 10 more. I am losing slowly and steadily.

I’ve been using the trace minerals for a little over a year now at the suggestion of my father who started giving us some “out-of-the-box and unheard of dietary additions LOL when we were very young in the 70s. He was always ahead of the times but I believe he has helped me as well as my siblings now as aging adults and I’m quite thankful!
My joints feel great and I have been able to maintain my weight and not feel deprived with my dietary intake at all! Thank you!

I have just begun lchf, and was surprised watching your video as I already have some of the above apart from the berberine. I have magnesium tablets and vitamin d3, I was doing all of the above with a calorie controlled diet app, however the weight was so so slow coming off. If I even went over my cals by 100 one day it would stop the loss altogether, and that was by mistake one week. I am looking forward to better results.
