I'm on fasting 16:8 along with low carb diet. Observed that improve insulin sensitivity. After 20 year's of diabetes last week my A1C down to 5.9%. Thank you for informative video. God blessed.

Berberine 30 min before a meal containing carbs is very effective. Great tips I’ve benefited from all of them. Lost 50 lbs, decreased A1C and improved cholesterol; even eating a ton of ribeyes !

Yes I'm doing intermittent fasting, eating more protein and eating less carbs. I've stopped bringing any processed food home. I'm down from 247 lbs to 214.8 lbs. My A1C was 7.9 and is now 5.9. Your YouTube videos have really helped

I followed all your recommendations for insulin sensitivity. It worked well for me with excellent results. Long walk everyday for hours, I just went hiking all day yesterday at the point lobos, trying to do it twice a week. I also fast daily 18 to 20 hours. Am 69, active, happy, beautiful and healthy, because of your videos.

Kait, thank you so much for all your videos. I am turning 70 in two weeks and have been having the usual issues for about 7 years. My doc does state everything is normal,
Just move more. I will not take diabetics meds.but am on a light statin The more I hear of I silence resistance, the more I am sure it’s my root problem. Doing keto is difficult for me to start but I am taking small steps. Again, thank you so much for all your on-site into an issue that doctors are not recognizing.

I just wanted to say thank you for making such great videos! I've been following for some time now and this is the first time in YEARS where I've been able to lose weight despite my PCOS, insulin resistance, and hashimoto's. Excellent presentation of wise choices. My experience has shown me that an Ayurvedic tip to counteract the burning feet effect of carbohydrates is to take two 1200 mg or one 2500 mg) bitter melon capsule(s) before eating carbs which is a balancing approach. Bitter (vata), balances sweet (kapha). I have found that the most effective use of an alternating approach assists each of the approaches to be more effective. Another alternative approach to add to one's alternating approach is to utilize chromium picolinate 1000 mg. before eating carbs. If one has eaten carbs and the feet start burning, take chromium picolinate until the burning ceases.

Thanks for another video. Your tips are easy to follow and work really well.
I eat low carb and try to stay away from snacking.
Breakfast is protein and fat only. Eggs and bone broth. Drinking bone broth has done amazing things for me.

Veg smoothies are great, got into these recently and helped reduce sugar intake i.e. cola etc...simple and cheap. 2 meals a day, first reduce carbs, more of carbs in the evening...

I just had a bowl of chilli with beans and veggies and a strawberry lemonade. I started keto a few days ago and felt great. I kind of wanted to test how I felt having beans, veggies and a fruit based drink and I feel awful. Bloated and extra stuffed even though it was a small bowl of veg chilli and a small lemonade.
