My new trick. Capers have Quersatin . At the end of each of my two meals i eat 2 fork fulls of Capers with a slice or two of sweet Potatoes which are a resistant starch. Seems to work for me. I'm disabled so getting out is not always an option plus I'm living in a temperate Rain Forest LOL

This isn't accurate. Losing weight will solve this and you do that by eating fewer calories than you burn...
