Yeah, that sciatic nerve ain't no joke! Trust me, I really suffered for 4/5ish years with it, and all the Dr's*(AKA THE REAL DRUG DEALERS) wanted to do was give me strong ass pain meds for it. So it was going on for like 5years and my husband, nephew, and I was out shopping, so we got to the checkout line and my nephew was maybe around 3 or so at the time, he seen the icee machine and of course he wanted one so this particular store had a big display of pools and what not in front of the icee machine, as soon as I hit that corner BAM I done messed around and slipped up in a puddle of water that was actually leaking from that raggedy ass machine, so here I go and them natural instincts kick in and I try to brace my self from hitting the ground, looking back on it I should've just went ahead fell in the dang on mess, and made them dig deeper in them pockets (I'm just being honest y'all 😂) Anyhow I ended up messing my right knee up. Long story short, I had to do physical therapy, and the lady who was my therapist asked me if I had any pain anywhere else, so I told her about that sciatic nerve and she did her thang asking me where it hurt the most at and when she hit that spot, I told her RIGHT THERE! So she started feeling around in that area, and she said I can feel where the nerve is in a tangle and I can untangle it BUT it's going to hurt really bad, but only for a few minutes and she made me promise her that I wouldn't cuss her out or kick her. So I thought about it for a few minutes while she went and handled her other patient, so I decided to let her untangle it. I thought I was ready, but she was right. That was a pain that's undescribable. But she untangled that sciatic nerve, and it's been almost 14 years ago and I'm so Thankful and Grateful that she got DOWN into the ROOT of my problem with sciatica bc everybody that deals with it, it's not the same, bc every body is not the same, it's leavls to this...
BTW We as people have the ability to heal ourselves with our hands we have that power all you have to do is be in tune with your body. My own husband pissed me off so bad the other night all bc he wants choose to believe that only 1 man was able to do So I had to show him how to start working with QI GONG.... Needless to say He apologized for tripping out on me bc his Gemini ♊️ had him acting up!

It’s crazy how I just found this video and I was suffering from this yesterday upon waking up in the AM. I was screaming in excruciating pain and couldn’t move because the nerve was being pinched upon the slightest movement 😢 my husband had to use our bed left to sit me up in order for me to be able to get out of bed. My imaging shows that I have bulging in the L3-L4, L4-L5, and L5-S1 and mild facet hypertrophy. All the physicians I’ve gone to NEVER mentioned dehydration nor told me that I could be cured. Thank you my Bruther! This teaching was right on time! My mother is 90 years young and is experiencing sciatica pain discomfort. I took her to her medical doctor who wanted to refer her for an epidermal. I said no because the treatment plan just did not sit right in my spirit! Omg I literally clicked on this by just holding my phone in my hand unlocked & this is literally what I've been going thru without the pain Thank God but it showed up on my Mri. The first time I experienced it was last year. I went to the doctor got some pain medication and diagnosed but did not take the pain medication unless I had to work. I quickly came to my senses because I am a Natrual healer / believer so I went on a fast prayed & I was healed. Two months ago I had to break up a fight at my job so I must of triggered it and the pain came but did not stay Thank God but I still had to get an Mri and this is what it showed so now I'm about to heal this thing once & for all because I don't need the pain coming back nor do I need my body out of whack what in the world!
