Natural vitamin c replenishes the adrenal glands replenishing/ballencing cortisol not necessarily lowering it.. In my case I have low cortisol and natural vitamin c raises it.

Thank you for the info young lady I truly appreciate that I've had a lot of loss in my life from family members the latest was my eldest son and up my hair has been shedding. So I will eat these three foods with my regular meals as well as continue to do the things that make me happy.
