Love my Matcha. Matcha proven to work as well as anti depressants. I don’t drink it for that. I’m not depressed. However, gives a nice lift with a sense of wellbeing

Yes, I LOVE coffee, just 1 cup.
However, I switch it up & when I want to chill, even at night, I drink the decaf teas !! Reg tea before 2:00 PM.
