In defence of his friends it is extremely hard to cope with anyone out of it on drugs and alcohol. I've tried to communicate with people in this state but they are really in a bad way mentally and can act so wild and even lash out. It must have been tough for girlfriends and friends to get through to him and very heartbreaking to witness. Its a shame there is not enough help out there. Yes, there are police but no one wants to see those they love kicked even further down. I do think it shows how useless hotel staff can be under this kind of situation and he needed medical help when he tripped in the lobby, not moments before it was too late. He probably did not have much control by then and was far from lucid and rational. What a tragedy! What a waste!

They may be going through things that no one knows about n they haven't told anyone being afraid of letting them down or they just not understanding what's happening or how that person feels.

Hotel employee or employees supplied the drugs, delicering right to his hotel room. Insude of bar of soap. Hotel front desk calling emergency 111, they say before he fell to his death, check that please???
