My immune system is compromised with some malabsorption issues, so I take both L-Threonate and bisglycinate 3x a day...and it truly helps!
L-threonate does wonders for your cognitive function, memory boost, etc. even after brain trauma.

I’ve got heart flutters and since I researched it and found out about magnesium they have been better.
Also learned that my wine drinking was depleting my Magnesium and causing my problems.
I went to Amazon and learned all about magnesium. I love the one I have now which is magnesium glycinate chelate 200 mg. I also take with a calcium magnesium zinc vitamin D3 tablet, suggested 1, 3 times a day and my vitamin D also.
I have read and learned that good fish oil is necessary too for my symptoms.

Suffered from aura migraines at the age of 19 which eventually became silent migraines and dizziness - was diagnosed with a hairline fracture within my ear. Have been on magnesium for around 8 months and the benefits are amazing. It needs to be good quality magnesium (I use a powder, not cheap) but man am I thankful for this, the research out there is amazing about magnesium.

Have had heart palls, leg cramps, eye twitch. Taking magnesium through the yrs got rid of them. Now I’m 70. All of a sudden I’ve had histamine issues, allergies out, of control Magnesium has tapered my over reactive histamine response back to my normal allergies. I have to take Mag every day

I remember in high-school we had an epidemic of painful calf cramps, nearly every young dude used to have them. You´d wake up in the middle of night and just lay there stiff as a plank trying not to scream and wake up your family. I try to get my magnesium from food these days, no cramps and very little twitching and usually feeling energetic so I guess I´m getting sufficient amount.
