Wow, this is one of the best magnesium presentations on YouTube. I have, I mean I have every single symptom although I was taking a small amount of magnesium citrate, I eat all the good foods including an avocado a day but who knows what's in the soil.

I've been losing a ton of weight and my doctor can't figure it out, until he took a serum and urine sample and my cortisol levels are through the roof.

I just picked up some magnesium glycinate, and started taking it. Although it makes me feel a little loopy, I slept pretty well the last couple of nights. I hope that you are connected and I hope this does the trick this does the trick. Thanks again!

I had bad muscle cramp pain in my thighs until I added a magnesium supplement. I thought it was potassium at first but the pain still was there. As soon as I added magnesium the pain in my thighs stopped.

I broke my ankle in August. I was standing on porch and had a really bad muscle spasm which knocked my knees out from under me. I went straight down and bam my fibula snapped in two. Come to find out I was critically low on magnesium
