I was with a pain doctor since i was about 27, im 60 now. I stopped all my medication. And i was on fentanyl, percocets, triazadone. Heavy stuff. My back is all metal. Anyway every few years ive tried to stop for as long as i can so i didnt go to the higher levels of pain care. I studied vitamins and found out about magnesium.oh n yea a year before i stopped i had an aneurism. I took turmeric, magnesium, vit d, and i still have pain, but i feel like im 27 again when it all started. What a miracle. Look into it. But get real dosage. And try it. All cramps, deep bone pain etc is almost gone. May God bless you all .

Nearly zero doctors are gonna do a full blood panel including vitamin/mineral deficiencies. They just pull out the prescription pad and plan their next vacation

I used to think that I have migraine. My headaches were like a part of my life.
I’ve been taking magnesium supplement daily for a while. My headaches reduced dramatically. ✅ If you have migraine, consider taking magnesium.

When I used to have menstrual cycles, every month I had debilitating cramps, vomiting, pain, bloating it was a mess. I also noticed I had a craving for peanuts so I would eat them by the bag full. The cramps subsided, my bowel was softer, the bloating went away, and I wasn't as anxious and high strung. Magnesium really helped me to relax and go to sleep. I forgot about it for many years in menopause and then it came back to memory, been taking it ever since and it really makes a big difference.

I’ve been hearing this for years, and I took about 600mg daily, more than what is usually recommended. It wasn’t until I doubled that to 1200mg daily that my lifelong heart palpitations disappeared. Combo of glycinate, malate, and citrate

Psychologist and psychiatrist should first check these levels before determining treatment.

I was told to take Magnesium Citrate. It has been great at eliminating my heart palpations, things roll off my back under stress and things are 'working' well. It also helps my joint and muscle pain. I found taking 2000mg works best for me, and 3000mg if I need some help getting things to 'work'. I have found if I stop taking it for any length of time, the palpations and stress effects returns. Back aches make me return to the chiropractor before I realize what I'm missing. It's wonderful

Hey friend. You are one of the doctors that I know I can trust.
One tip from me to you... when you talk to the camera by reading a text... use a teleprompter. It feels so much better when I can look you into the eyes. 🤗😍

Some nutritionists said take magnesium in the morning. But I took it in the evening when I couldn't sleep and it relaxed me and helped me sleep longer which now leaves me less time in the morning for breakfast, make lunch and clean up, but I manage.

Thank you doctor for sharing such important information. Does it also help / correct vertigo/dizziness? I get dizziness sometimes. It's horrible. 😩

Low magnesium contributes to scalp tension which in turn leads to hair loss.

I’ve suggested to more women especially to get their magnesium levels checked - it amazes me how GPs seem to miss it

It may be true that magnesium could be related to all of those symptoms he just stated but not necessarily the only issue tied to those symptoms
