I started sleeping better and stayed a sleep for longer. My body didnt feel so stressed or so sore once i sarted taking magnesium gummies. I take two daily and it made a difference immediately.

Swiss chard from my garden is my favourite magnesium-rich food. The amount of magnesium in 250g of swiss chard is about 50% of the RDI. The rest is coming from peanuts/almonds (20%), avocados(10%), dark cocoa (10%) and chia/sesame (10%). It doesn't seem too complicated to get enough magnesium from the diet, without supplements. Unfortunately soil depletion of minerals, including magnesium, have led to a decline in the nutritional content of vegetables so YMMV.

You wouldn't believe how much my health improved after i started using magnesium oil and eating tons of magnesium rich foods on daily basis around a year ago. My body just wasn't feeling "right" and wasn't functioning optimally at the time and magnesium helped me tremedously. I highly suggest to try it out, especially cause it's a good chance you have magnesium deficiency too. You won't regret it.

A blood test may not detect magnesium deficiency. The body works very hard to maintain the balance of electrolytes. By time a blood test shows a deficiency it is severe. Only 1% of your body's magnesium is in the blood so you may be deficient long before that last 1% shows it. If you were diagnosed as having low serum mg, remember that you have to keep the intake up to replace the 99% long after your blood test is normal.

I've read that magnesium glycinate is one of the best forms for sleep and relaxation because it's highly absorbable. Anyone tried this?

It definitely helps with fatigue. I don't feel groggy in the mornings. I megadose with pure vitamin C tho. 6-9000mg daily in powder form.

For 5 days now my head has been twitching and my hands and legs sometimes as well, im 27 and have started to workout for a week now since a long time. My blood is fine said the doctor, do you guys think its magnesium defficency that causes it? Its been scaring me a lot to be honest :(

For 2 years now I am very weak in the body every muscle is weak i can't even barely walk down the street ring in ears nervousness before . Never got this in my whole life 40 years old please i need so much health the doctors think i'm depressed and psychic that i am not even weak but i am. l magnesium deficiency?? What magnesium to take their so many out there??

Considering only 1% of magnesium is in your blood. There's a very low chance of a defeciency ever getting picked up. Just take supplements and it works, you know you have low magnesium.
