My favorite part of Walt’s story is how he adopts the characteristics of all of the people who he’s killed/defeated in order to empower himself.

For me, the truly calm under pressure is shown in Mike Ehrmantraut character.
He's the real badass.

Recap:
1) Body Language: Eye Contact, Straight Shoulders and Chest Out.
2) Slow Speech. Keep tension between the key parts of the speech and the rest.
3) Memento Mori. Live life fully.
4) Be irreplaceable.

Now you guys have to do an analysis of Saul Goodman! There are so many things about Saul's people skills that make him charismatic and it would be awesome to get more depth on how he does it! :D

I never watched this show, but I did learn some things about commanding respect and confidence from my Dad. He wasn't the biggest man around, but when he was around nobody had more attention and respect than him. His air of confidence made his 6 foot stature seem like he was 10 feet tall and bulletproof. He's gone now but far from forgotten. Dad will always be my hero and model for what a man should be.

Please do one in Gustavo Fring. His emotional composure and ability, to play on people's ego and person interests is unparalleled.

It's scary watching him because you cannot predict how he will respond. At any point

The key in most of these clips is Walt is perfectly willing to go where his adversaries are afraid to tread. What they fear most means nothing to him.

I was diagnosed with terminal cancer 6 years ago and it made me much less afraid in general, like the fictional Walter White.

I just drove past Walter White's house today, and ate at Los Pollos Hermanos. Perfect timing for this.

What is the most useful life lesson you have learned?

1. Quit constantly posting on social media.

2. Most people don't adore you; it's a symbiotic relationship.

3. Never use coercion in relationships, discussions, or meetings.

4. Find your inspiration every day and use it to get through the day.

5. Money just creates an illusion of happiness, not the real thing.

6. Most people have no idea how pure bliss feels.

7. Never grow old. It is possible to live it.

8. You can accomplish a lot for someone and still be abandoned.

9. Make the most of your emotions. Let them dominate you only when required.

10. Death is NOT the end, whether you believe in science, religion, or nothing.

11. Invest in good memories with or without money. Age-related needs for them

12. Everything is mental.

13. Love yourself, but also love others. Be kind to everyone, even haters. Kindness isn't weakness.

14. Do good things with no expectation of reward. This is not a deal.

15. Pure heart, mind, and body. Avoid negative energy.

16. DRINK LOTS OF WATER REGULARLY.

17. Eat healthy foods including vegetables, fruits, and yams.

18. Exercising regularly keeps you healthy. Go for a run or the gym.

19. In the end, you'll realize it's all futile. Our endless aspirations of money, excitement, attention, and life. "Yote ni vanity, " as we say.

20. Don't pursue someone who won't return your kindness.

21. Love them now, but you'll be surprised how lovely they'll be in a few years.
