If you're feeling a little lethargic during the day and can't focus, consider taking a power nap. Short naps have been proven to be more effective than coffee, and the benefits will last you a lot longer! Relaxing music has been added to the beats as this makes it easier to fall asleep compared to pure-tones, which can be a little too grating for sleep.

An alarm will gradually fade in at 34 minutes to awaken you.

While this audio uses binaural beats, headphones are still optional as the frequency rate has been embedded into the music via amplitude modulation, which consists of subtle volume fluctuations.

A note about the initial 15 minutes on the graph - this is just to give you time to fall asleep, and ensure that what you're getting is more-or-less 20 minutes of nap time. As the average person does not fall asleep right away, a power nap audio precisely 20 minutes long does not necessarily mean 20 minutes of sleep when you take into account sleep onset. You can choose to shorten this segment if you're someone who can easily fall directly into sleep. That being said, you can get a lot of the benefits of a nap simply by closing your eyes in 'quiet wakefulness'.
