I just love this one, and especially the pause in the middle, it feels like it clears all my thoughts. I have listened to this for quite some time now, and it always gives me a wonderful rest during the day. Sometimes I fall asleep during it, and sometimes it just helps me to relax. I love your calming and soothing voice and the sound of running water in the background. I always wake up feeling more energised and focused. However, the 2-minute silence wakes me up every time! 😂 And I have check it hasn’t finished in case I’ve slept too long.

I absolutely love this meditation—it’s been such a delight and is helping me heal my nervous system. That said, I found the pause without the water sound a bit jarring, which briefly pulled me out of the meditative state. I’m curious if others feel the same, but personally, I’d love an all-water version or one with consistent ambient noise to gently carry us through. If it’s possible and easy to do, I think it would enhance the serene flow, especially for napping or deep relaxation. Thank you so much for this beautiful creation!

It worked! I ran 26 miles earlier today, left the run feeling energized but knew a nap would help even more. Went into two moment of unconsciousness during this and then “woke up” feeling great

This was great! I love that the guidance and sounds just gradually faded out. I find myself focusing too much on the voice and sounds with longer meditations and I stay alert and awake because of it, but this helped me to actually be able to drift off easier and wake up refreshed! I never fall asleep within 20 mins! Thank you!
