Personally I prefer the alarms of the videos compared to the ones I can set on my phone but will still give this a try love your stuff wish I learned about it years before instead of 8 months ago but it has been phenomenally great. Glad to hear your doing well and take care of yourself cause you've already taken care of me far more than enough

There were certain times during this my whole body felt a cooling, tingling sensation that started at my feet and moved up over me in waves. Then it stopped and then towards the end it happened again. I don’t know if it was just me or it’s something that can happen but it was calming
