I’ve been doing this! I have a TON of health issues, and I don’t always have an appetite. But I will eat between 8-10 hour window, and fast the rest. But I will not eat past midnight, even if it still falls within my 8-10 hours (I’m a night owl, so I’m usually up till 4-5 am)

I do intermittent fasting every night. I start about 10PM and end my fast about 6AM the next morning.

Are medicines okay to take during periods of fasting? Like OTC drugs such as ibuprofen?

This a lot of BS! Some doctor promote these for a reason! Just ask any healthy elder if they have ever done this!
Just another health fad!
