Written Instructions:
3 Cups All Purpose Flour (360 Grams)
1/4 Tsp Active Yeast (1.4 grams)
1 1/2 Cups (360 grams) of Warm Water (not above 130F or 54C)
Mix until dry ingredients are incorporated
Let sit covered on the counter for 3 hours
Pre-heat oven to 450F (232C) with Dutch Oven inside
Cover surface with flour and scrape and fold dough with a dough scraper into a ball and flour is covering the dough evenly.
Put parchment paper into another bowl and place dough in covered with a kitchen towel.
When oven is preheated place dough with the parchment paper into the Dutch oven and place back into the oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes remove the parchment paper and place back into the Dutch oven in the oven without the lid for another 15 minutes.
Let cool for 45 minutes and slice and enjoy.
