After working out in the morning after I wake up I always feel so alive and happy. It makes me feel so unstoppable and like I can take on the world. Exercise really is the cure for sadness and low self esteem.

Exercising can be hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 300 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 200 lbs and Im happy like I never been in my life.

The thing is I wanted to loose weight, but I actually felt confident when I started exercising.. so my whole mindset has changed. I don't want to be skinny anymore. I want to be strong

I recently started exercising because I was tired all the time and honestly just had little to no joy in life because of "remote learning", it's still hard but I enjoy the confidence boost and the better sleeping schedule :)

Some people get confused and worried when they first do exercise and their muscles are sore but to be honest if my muscles weren’t sore i'd think i've done it wrong
