RECIPE (5 servings, 15min prep time):
-188g dark chocolate (at least 50%)
-166ml warm water
Add the warm water to the chocolate and stir to melt and combine.
Place the bowl over ice and mix 10mins by hand or with a hand mixer.
As soon as it starts to get firmer, take off the ice and keep whisking until it’s like a mousse.
At this point you can adjust the sweetness by adding sugar.

yep, mousse is an emulsion of fat so you can do it just with the cocoa butter and many chocolate bars have soy lecitin in them that help with the emulsion

About time I find someone who's honest of the ingredients of their "simple recipes" other videos tells you something like you only need milk and chocolate but then they use a shit load of ingredients that you probably don't even have at home!

If you put the water (not warm, just room temp)..in a blender, it will bubble it up. Chill it overnight, and it will be like Aero bubbly mousse
