Here 's a few methods that I used to gain weight over a 2 year period. I went from about 165 lbs to almost 220 lbs. I gained a lot of muscle but also alot of fat as well. Honestly, 220 was pretty heavy for me and carrying that much weight wasn't as comfortable as i had imagined. Now, I sit between 199 and 206 lbs.

I’m 120lbs and I’m 5’10 I’ll be back in a month and apply those tips. One thing for sure I will cut out is the 5days a week workouts

i took note of my protein intake was less than what i needed and just been more conscious of consuming more i don’t know what my weight is at broken scale but i feel i added more

other than that i eat cleaner than most, water is my best friend, and i have an active lifestyle so prioritizing rest days is a must

It use to be hard for me to gain weight. I was 145 lbs throughout hs, 150 throughout college, & 165 after basic training. I'm went to 200 lbs, by drinking a mass gainer. The 1 used 1200 calories in 4 scoops. drink this and eat what you normally would eat during the day. it definitely works.

Hey bro. Do you have any tips for dealing with sweaty hair/scalp after the gym. I only wash once a week but the gym is what really tears my scalp up.
