EricFIT is a channel I created to document my self improvement/fitness journey and share tips along the way.

Great content. I’ve never been into strength training. I’m about to buy a home gym, and your no nonsense videos really helps to expand my knowledge on how to best achieve my goals once I get my equipment.

Your videos are so helpful thanks for all the advice, it’s sometimes hard to get to know about upper body when starting to train cause basically all the fitness girl videos talk about lower body. I just found your channel yesterday but the videos are so helpful 💕

Haha you have made a good investment by purchasing gym equipments. I'm here doing weighted pullups and weighted diamond push-ups every day.





P.S legs weren't trained ever since gyms were closed lmao.

Hey bro, can i get ur opinion on this program?
Mon:shoulder, legs, triceps
wen:chest, back, bicep
thur: shoulder legs triceps
Sat:chest, back, bicep
Im doing 3 week blocks, first week 10x4 reps, second week 8x4, and third 5x5, and after im finished those 3 week blocks, Im doing it again, but with more weight.
