Excellent session! I've been looking for one that focuses on breathing through the nose.

I'm also looking for a session that's largely or mostly Breath of Fire. That one clears my sinuses like nothing else.

I like to start off with a few wim hof rounds first and move into these rounds as a finisher. Works great for me. Espdcially for boxing. My cardio and lung capacity is way better.
