Thanks to you I started intermittently fasting 6 months ago. I was 212 lbs and I’m down to 188. It matter what you break your fast with. It matters if you’re eating junk food. I break my fast with a salad with tomatoes and chicken. So fulfilling when you’re fasting! I use the Fastic app to log IF and have started logging my food in My Fitness Pal to really see how foods are effecting me. I’m a huge fan of cooking at home for my family. We eat out 1-2 x a week for lunch or once for dinner, maybe. Otherwise I cook every day after work. Meal prep does help. I work out 3x minimum per week. My job can be annoying and I can’t always get to the gym but the days I don’t go to the gym, I use the night time to make a chamomile sleepy time tea with apple cider vinegar 1tbsp (you get used to it, I hated it at first) to slow down any sugar/insulin responses in my body. I don’t recommend it everyday, the acv because it isn’t great for teeth. I use extra measures for my teeth such as at home teeth cleaning and enamel build.

It took my trial and error to figure out what works for me. My husband can only fast for 12-16 hours or he’ll die. I do 20 hours a day easy now but I started at 12hrs and worked my way up. Listen to your body. If you feel hungry, chances are you’re really thirsty. Water helps a lot in fasting. Don’t take it for granted. I recommend 64oz regularly daily if not more. But no more than 1 gal.

Anyway, thank you Rosa 🌹 for your advice. Your weight loss really inspires me! I used to be 242. And worked out to get that off but I felt stuck at 212 and needed to change things up. Thank you!

I tryed a 2 meal a day 🥗🥗 and it made me feel so good 😀😀 and then I go back to my intermittent fasting 💧💧💧✅✅✅ and so for I lost 4 pounds I am so glad I am doing intermittent fasting and 2 meals a day 😀😀🥗🥗💧💧 p.s I forgot I also added a workout too 💪💪😀😀

I want to keep doing intermittent fasting and do 16:8 and 20:4 and omad. And work my way up to longer fast like 36 hour fast alternate day fasting. Just try to keep up doing intermittent fasting and calorie count and be mindful what i eat and eat healthy and dont eat uhealthy stuff. And thanks for this video. I cant wait to lose this weight. I am doing dirty fasting cause it works for me but once and while i try to do clean fasting.

i'm 15 and i need to lose 130 pounds but because i will be in a special camp to lose weight i won't be able to fast until i return after a year. i am muslim and ramadan is pretty easy for me even though i am really obese. i will only be back in the weekends so i can fast 2 times a week. i won't be able to choose my food but i can choose my perportions to a extent. do you have any tips for someone like me who is only able to fast 2 times a week.
