I've done a lot of shoulder exercises in my days at the gym and in PT, but I've never seen the incline described this way for building shoulder muscles. And I love the way you can easily do this incline at home. Thanks so much, Will.

I am going to try this tomorrow . I am 58, and I have recently started strength training twice a week. I have mild osteoarthritis, and my shoulders get quite sore, but this looks very do able.
I have only recently found your youtube channel and subscribed, been an eye opener for sure . Thanks Will 😊

Hello from Texas! Thank you so much! The exercises that you feature through your videos has helped me tremendously! Soon I will be 70 years old, and I do enjoy DIY projects! I also do most of the repairs and maintenance on my property, much of which require quite a lot of physical strength. These exercises have become part of my morning and nightly routine. Through motivation, consistency and determination, us ' baby boomers', got this! You're awesome!

Thanks for these videos. I did the one from your last video on shoulders, and wow, it really worked fast! I had horrid shoulder impingement and rhomboid pain. It was so bad that the Masseuse had to do cupping first to loosen it. I had to stop all shoulder exercises because of it. I tried yours, and the pain is gone! 🎉🎉 I'm feeling better, and my shoulders are gaining strength again.

Will - I must commend you on the marked increase in your production quality. What was really good has become great! Better use of camera angles, graphics, close-ups etc. plus the new logo look. So well done!
Oh -- and the exercise was good too...(lol)!

I'm glad you also showed the side view. I grabbed a couple of half-kilo jars of sauce and at first tried to raise my arms straight out to the sides, and was shocked that they wouldn't raise more than just below shoulder height, but once I swung them forward, then I managed to get them up quite high. Thanks again for a quality video.

Did this today outside on sturdy garden chair with pillow behind back.
I personally don't at the moment have shoulder issues but my friend does so l'm forwarding your video to her.
