I’ve been listening to this exact video on and off for years .. 6 years ago I was going through an extremely stressful transition, I would put this on every night and fall asleep with 10 minutes no medicine needed! Still to this day when I can’t sleep and my mind won’t stop, I turn this on and always drift off peacefully. Your voice and pace gives me so much comfort and relaxation.

Dearest Rasa - I'm new to Yoga Nidra and came by it whilst trying to help my nephew who is dealing with high anxiety following PTSD and COD. I have loved and used many of your meditations previously and was glad to find you have done a Yoga Nidra meditation that we can use regularly. At last night's class, they said 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 5 hours sleep so has to be worth pursuing for anyone with sleep disorders.Thank you for your soothing voice and guidance x
