Actually the bicep flexes the shoulder as well so flexing the shoulder after peak elbow flexion would be beneficial to train both heads of the bicep.

You should make an in depth body-recomposition (lose bodyfat and remain muscle) tutorial with examples on how to get your calories right and great foods to eat and etc. :)

This is my favorite bicep exercise and man it is extremely demanding. This is way more beneficial than curls. This ring curl really develops that top end closing strength. This should be a staple exercise for any armwrestler or mma athlete

You are 💯 correct. But all the viewers need to remember that unless your body fat is low then you’ll never achieve a look like that. Genetics regarding where body fat accumulates is also a big factor.

Daniel, this might be a daft question but do you use chalk, or something else on your hands when you do this exercise?
I love this exercise, but I'm having trouble allowing the ring to 'slip' through my hands.
Am I missing something? Or is just a case of getting used to it as my palms get tougher? They get as sore as hell when I'm trying to do this.
