I really miss channels for kids like these, you are right on here, i wish you kept it up and made these more often. My 8 year old are super excited to do these and having a younger person makes it more appealing to him than watch these superbuff bodybuilders workout, you are an good rolemodel here. I do not think this will work for me, 15 year old genetic freak here, 6ft 200lbs already have large stocky muscles even though i dont workout i just want to trim
