my arms are killing and i didn't have to use weights or any kind of equipment i am so amazed at how brilliant this fitness channel is. By far the best fitness channel on youtube.

it seemed so easy at first that I was kinda disappointed but after reading the comments I was like "why are they so weak" so I kept doing the workout and my arms are burning now. I love your workouts, thank you

I've been doing this on alternate days, thrice per session (30mins) with 20 secs recovery time in between the 3 repetitions for 3 weeks now and I've seen really good results (considering that no equipment is needed). I'm relatively skinny to start with (48kg) but now I can see my biceps and triceps bulging out (the lean muscles kind) whenever I contract the muscles and it's still visible slightly when I don't! I love my body now lol

It's really tedious and challenging on the mentality cause basically you're creating an "imaginary" weight for yourself here. You decide the resistance and if you try your best contracting your muscles every time you do it, you should be able to see results like mine too :) Good luck!

that was great! I have been doing those wrong up until now because I didn't know you were supposed to tighten all of your muscles! What a workout it ends up being..!

This was a nice, simple workout that I definitely underestimated. My upper arm was burning by mid workout especially during those mini pushups! You guys never cease to amaze me. A simple workout goes a long way!!!

omg....my arms hurt ...so bad...i did it twice....an now...this is the tightest i ever felt my arms even when i did use to work out every day like a year ago, , , but still this is the tighest my arms ever felt lol...even when i went to the gym..an did weight training...thats.crazy an it's so simple..thanks i been looking for  something to do at home where i can still feel the burn but not need to go get weights or go to the gym

I have been doing this workout for two weeks 4 times a week & I have noticed a big difference in my arms. They are more toned & my bat wings are starting to go bye bye, lol. Thank you

This workout is fantastic. It is really quick, but difficult if you do it right. I've been trying to do it alongside cardio 3/4 times a week for the past couple of weeks. My arms feel much more toned, and my shoulders are looking more defined too. Thanks!

The key to this workout is contracting your other muscle groups and just making your upper body do the work. The more you keep the other muscles still and stiff as possible, the more we feel the burn :D awesome workout !

Has helped me. I do it 2x daily 5-6 days a week for almost 2 months in addition to other workouts. All my back flab has disappeared. Neck fat and arm fat are starting to shrink now as well.
