-1 medium watermelon: ate half and juiced the other half for 32oz of juice.
-2 pounds of tamarind: ate 1 pound and juiced 1 pound for 40oz of tamarind juice.
-3 pounds of grapes (Delaware, Niagara, and Concord varieties): ate 2 pounds and juiced 1 pound for over 12oz of grape juice.

*I could’ve easily stretched this out to 72 hours if I wanted to! 💪🏽✨

Excellent work. Well stated. Lots of wisdom. Wonderful editing and documentation. All resonates as a traveler and dominant fruit based live food eater. On a grape detox now. Added in apple and ginger and lime for a juice on my 4th day because we had other fruits around. Wish I could find a grape variety like this. Bigups. Safe potent travels.
